Beyond Brain Injury, New Possibilities Begin
Every second, another life is changed by brain injury.
But the brain has a remarkable capacity to change, too.

Brain injury can affect far more than memory and attention. It can change how you think, communicate, connect with others, navigate everyday life—and even how you experience yourself.
I take an integrated approach to cognitive rehabilitation that recognizes an essential connection: your brain and body are not separate.
Through individualized cognitive rehabilitation, neuroplasticity, and body-based nervous system work, I help you strengthen cognitive skills, develop new patterns and connections, and create greater capacity for the life you want to live.
Because recovery is about more than cognition. It's about reconnecting with yourself, your relationships, and your life.

I help people living with brain injury strengthen cognitive function, reconnect with themselves, and discover what is still possible.
My approach begins with a simple but often overlooked principle: your brain is part of your body.
Attention, memory, communication, and executive function don't operate independently of your nervous system. When the system is overwhelmed or under strain, it can become harder to access the cognitive abilities you rely on every day.
That's why I integrate cognitive rehabilitation with Somatic Experiencing®, a body-based approach to working with the nervous system. By supporting greater regulation and capacity in the brain and body, we create a stronger foundation for learning, adaptation, and neuroplastic change.
From there, we work toward the cognitive and real-life goals that matter to you—strengthening new patterns, building confidence, and creating greater capacity to engage with yourself, your relationships, and your world.
Because recovery isn't only about improving cognitive skills. It's about having more of yourself available for your life.
The LBBI Approach
Your brain can change. Your whole system is part of how.
What becomes possible when cognitive rehabilitation works with your brain, body, and nervous system together?
At Life Beyond Brain Injury, I begin with the whole person. Body-based practices, including Somatic Experiencing®, support nervous system regulation and help create the conditions for greater cognitive availability.
From there, we engage the brain's capacity for neuroplasticity through individualized cognitive rehabilitation—strengthening attention, memory, communication, processing, and executive function while developing new strategies and patterns that translate into everyday life.
Over time, you learn to work with your brain and body rather than continually pushing against them—building greater clarity, capacity, confidence, and connection.
Because recovery after brain injury isn't only about improving cognitive function.
It's about rebuilding your relationship with yourself, reconnecting with others, and expanding what's possible in your life.
LBBI Program
If brain injury has changed the way you think, communicate, work, connect with others, or experience yourself, this individualized program is designed to help you move forward.
We work with your brain, body, and nervous system as an interconnected whole—using body-based practices to support regulation and create stronger conditions for learning, cognitive function, and neuroplastic change.
From there, we build the cognitive skills that matter in your life—strengthening attention, memory, executive function, processing, and communication while developing strategies that help you navigate everyday demands with greater ease.
Along the way, you'll learn how to work with your brain and body, recognize what supports you, and build greater clarity, capacity, confidence, and connection.
Because recovery after brain injury is about more than managing symptoms or improving cognitive skills.
It's about creating more capacity for everything that makes life feel like life.
There is more possible. Let's discover it together.
Cognitive rehabilitation can help you build new skills and new pathways while reconnecting with your brain, your body, yourself, and the people and experiences that make life meaningful.
